Job Description
To better meet our global business ambition and pioneering the Client Centric approach, we offer a new job position within the Western Europe organization & structure for the LOUIS XIII.
CLIENT MANAGER LOUIS XII
The Client Manager will ensure the development of direct sales of Louis XIII in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
We are looking for a unique profile for a unique Brand, based on a very client-centric approach.
Agility & talent to adapt to any kind of clients : Trade- Corporate - Private - Luxury partner brands.
Responsabilities :
•Selling abilities : Maintain, develop existing clients and recruit new clients for direct sales
Abilities to sell to both On-Trade and Off-Trade clients.
Identify and engage potential HNWI independently with taylor-made tasting formats, propose new/relevant activation formats based on available opportunities.
Close sales transaction & ensure customer/sales record is uploaded into CRM program.
•Customer Relationship Management
Take ownership of the existing client book to retain and upspend existing clients
Work hand in hand with LOUIS XIII Director to define the CRM strategy in German-speaking Switzerland
•Brand Expert & Educator
Represent the Brand to generate goodwill amongst event VIPs, core militants, media, fostering agents, luxury partners and trade when necessary, under the guidelines of LOUIS XIII director
Conduct the above in a manner that is respectful to Brand integrity while conducting self in a manner befitting of an iconic luxury brand, an essential ritual of luxury lifestyle
•Internal reporting
Provide with monthly & quarterly reporting focusing on KPIs measurement and qualitative input around market trends. Actively contribute to best practice sharing. -
Profile
*Minimum 5 years in relevant field that helps drive Sales with TRADE & OTHERS
•Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, problem solving mindset
•Luxury industry experience,
•Engaging speaker with high energy level, excellent listening skills and able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously;
•Flexible, able to work after hours and travel
•Independent thinker and self-motivated
•Ideally Wine, Spirits and Cigars enthusiast.
•German fluent, ideally mother tongue
•English
