Job Description
As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for performing month-end close, preparing account reconciliations and rollforwards, cost accounting, maintaining fixed assets schedules, and related analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform month-end close which includes:
- Preparing and posting standard journal entries.
- Preparing reconciliations and rollforwards; analyzing to ensure accuracy; and following up on any discrepancies.
- Develop deep understanding of production process and ensure proper accounting treatment for manufacturing operations.
- Actual and monthly COGS analysis.
- Maintain Fixed Assets records including acquisitions, dispositions, depreciation, and amortization.
- Review local and state tax returns. File information returns as directed.
- Work closely with all departments including Tasting Room, Operations, and Marketing
- Other tasks as directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or CPA qualified.
- 3+ years experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Curious: interested in getting into the detail of analysis.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and departments to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
