Job Description
The Collectif 1806 Brand Ambassador will focus on developing and building Remy USA portfolio in mixology and progressive cocktail accounts in primary and secondary markets. The position's mission based around three pillars: o EDUCATION: Experiential education (Primarily trade, sometimes distributor and, very infrequently, consumers). o ENGAGEMENT: Engage bartender & distributor sales team on the usage of our premium brands. o COMMUNICATION: Inspire and enthuse community, to build bartender & distributor advocacy through communication as well as digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities: • Drive and control the relationship of our target (opinion leaders, mixologists, bartenders) by educating buyers and staff on new and existing products. • Establish Bartender advocacy & adoption through on-going brand engagement programs. • Cement our roots within mixology & the bartender community by developing and maintaining relationships with accounts you service. • Increase our share of premium cocktails through increased usage & brands adoption. • Increase points of distribution on products they represent. • Monitor and report on competitive activity. • Managed and monitored market activity across 60-80 accounts in three markets per region, owns sales relationship in primary market account list. • Spearhead recipe development for distributor partners, sales teams, and on/off premise accounts. • Train distributor partners, sales teams, and on/off premise accounts on RCUSA portfolio. • Host and execute both trade and client brand events. • Liaise with PR partners to represent brands on multiple social media platforms and publications. Representative of all Remy Cointreau USA brands with priorities that include Cointreau, Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum and XO, Remy Martin 1738, Bruichladdich Classic Laddie, the Botanist Gin. Minimum Qualifications: • Indisputable cocktail & spirit knowledge. • Embedded in bartender community and passionate about the spirit industry. • Professional, responsible and able to work independently. • Ability to sell, influence and partner with customers and co-workers. • This role requires evening and weekend coverage on occasion. • Ability to manage budgets and provide timely, concise reporting. • Clean driving record. • Demonstrates moderation and understands the seriousness of adult drinking. • Be able to lead and execute programming in line with brand strategy. Preferred Qualifications: • Empathetic, engaging, collaborative, and client oriented. • Demonstrated public-speaking, presentation and writing skills.
